How to report copyright infringement relating to USTOOLS ONLINE, and how our downloader utilities work.

We do not host media

USTOOLS ONLINE does not host, store, cache or index any third-party audio, video or image files. Our file tools run inside your own browser, and our downloader pages simply resolve a link you provide and pass the file through to your device. Nothing is retained on our servers.

Your responsibility

You may only download or process content that you own, that is licensed to you, or that you otherwise have permission to save. Downloading copyrighted material without permission may be illegal in your country and breaches the terms of service of most platforms.

Filing a notice

If you believe content reachable through this site infringes your copyright, send a notice through our contact page including all of the following:

  • Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL on this site that relates to the claim.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Complete notices are reviewed promptly. Where a page or feature is found to facilitate infringement, we will disable or remove it. We also accept counter-notices from anyone who believes material was removed in error.

Repeat infringement

We reserve the right to block access to the service for users who repeatedly use it to infringe copyright.
